Stamp Shoppe will not answer for any typographical errors or any pricing errors on this website. Stamp Shoppe reserves the right to refuse to ship and/or to cancel orders made through this website at any time especially if the order contains wrongful information, prices or description. Stamp Shoppe shall not be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever, whether it be direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential with respect to the use of the products or materials sold.

Your use of our service indicates that you fully understand and agree to the contents of our company's Terms and Conditions. Stamp Shoppe reserves the right to change the contents of the Terms and Conditions at anytime and for whatever reason or purpose. Your continued use of our service after the changes made will subject you to the new Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1. The user is over 18 years of age.

2. If the user is a minor, he or she must be supervised by a parent who agrees to the contract and the minor's use.

3. The user is truthful in all the information disclosed on the website and agrees to what he or she is buying and to pay for it.

4. The user agrees to use the contents of this website only for the purpose of participating in forum discussions, gallery submissions, tutorials, shopping and/or placing an order with Stamp Shoppe.

5. The user agrees that all materials, products and information found on this website will not be copied or reproduced in any form, except for personal use only.

6. Nothing from this website may be used in any way, form or manner without the written permission of Stamp Shoppe.

7. Unauthorized use of any or all items appearing on this website could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Shipping

We do not assume any responsibility for misdirected or lost orders.  All items are sent through Canada Post lettermail or expedited parcel, only items sent expedited parcel will have tracking numbers and insurance.  If you would like an order sent via expedited parcel or Xpresspost please contact the Stamp Shoppe directly prior to placing your order.  Please ensure your address (complete with area code) is correct on the order form as this is the address we use to ship uout order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.   If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return and receive a full refund, less shipping charges.   Stamp shoppe will only provide a refund on unopened items returned within 10 business days.

All returns must be pre-authorized.  To obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, please email stampshoppe@bell.net. (Pleaes have your order number ready)

Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped (no opened, torn or damaged packaging) and it must be shipped in its original packaging, with the order number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. All shipping charges on returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product.
